What is white label DPDP website implementation?

Your agency sells DPDP consent work for a client website under its own name. DPDPWeb does the work behind you: we scan the site, set up the cookie banner, gate the tags in Google Tag Manager, add consent to the forms, draft the privacy and cookie policies, and test every choice. You hand over a report that carries your logo.

See what an implementation includes

Who this is for

Web and marketing agencies whose clients run websites that serve people in India, and who are now being asked about cookie banners and consent.

A good fit

  • You build or maintain client websites and want to add DPDP consent work without hiring for it.
  • You run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or ad campaigns for clients, and a consent setup would change their tracking.
  • Your client asked for a cookie banner and you want it tested at the tag level, not only switched on.
  • You want one fixed scope and one price per site, so you can quote your client with confidence.

Not a fit

  • Your client needs a company-wide DPDP programme, a Data Protection Officer or a legal opinion. That is work for a privacy or legal adviser. See our page for law firms and consultants.
  • The work is inside a CRM or internal systems. We work on the website only and never need CRM access.
  • You want us to promise that a site is fully compliant. We report what we tested and what we saw, and nothing more.

How it works: you own the client, we do the build

Your client deals with you. We work in the background, unbranded or in your agency's brand, and we only join a client call if you ask us to.

What your agency gets

  1. Reports you can put your logo onThe test report and handover documents come without our branding, or set in yours.
  2. A named contactOne person on our team for your account, for every site you send.
  3. A fixed scope per siteEach site is matched to a plan with stated limits on domains, forms, tags and languages, so your quote to the client holds.

What stays with the client

Nothing is locked to us or to you. If the client moves on, the setup keeps working.

  • The consent platform account is in the client's name. We usually set up CookieYes, and we work with the platform the client already has if it can block tags properly.
  • The consent platform licence is paid by the client directly to the platform.
  • The Google Tag Manager container, the website and the published policies remain the client's.

  1. ApplyTell us about your agency and the first client website you have in mind. We reply within one working day.
  2. NDA and scopeWe sign an NDA before we receive any access. Then we match the site to a plan and confirm the scope in writing.
  3. We deliver, you presentWe do the work and the testing. You hand the report and the policy drafts to your client.

We sign NDAs before we receive any access. For implementation we need access to Google Tag Manager, the consent platform and the website CMS. We never need the client's CRM.

Agency questions

Something else? Write to us.

Will you contact our clients directly?

No. You own the client relationship. We work behind you and only join a client call or email thread if you ask us to.

Whose name is on the report?

Yours, if you want. Reports and handover documents can be unbranded or set in your agency's brand.

What are the partner rates?

25% off list price for your first four sites, and 30% off list price from the 5th site. The rate applies to the list prices shown in the table on this page.

What access do you need?

For implementation, we need access to Google Tag Manager, the consent platform and the website CMS. A Website Audit needs no access at all, because it tests what any visitor can see. We never need the CRM.

Who pays for the consent platform?

The client. The account is in the client's name and the licence is paid directly to the platform. We usually set up CookieYes.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before we receive any access.

Do you give legal advice to our clients?

No. We draft the privacy and cookie policies from what the website really collects, and the client's legal contact approves the final wording. Nothing we provide is legal advice.

Can we start with one site?

Yes. Scope is fixed per site, so one site is a fine way to see how we work.
