What is a DPDP Care Plan?
A DPDP Care Plan is monthly cookie consent monitoring for a website whose consent setup is already in place. Each month we rescan the website, review new cookies and tags, retest the banner, update the cookie table and send you a one-page report.
Why a working setup drifts
A consent setup is tested on the day it goes live. The website keeps changing after that. None of these changes is a mistake. They are normal marketing work, and each one can quietly undo part of the setup.
The banner still shows, so nothing looks wrong. The only way to know is to test again.
A new tag
Someone adds a pixel or a script for a new tool. If it is not tied to a consent type in Google Tag Manager, it fires for every visitor, whatever they chose.
A new plugin
A plugin, chat widget or embedded video is added or updated and starts setting its own cookies. The banner does not know about them, and the cookie table no longer matches.
A new campaign
A campaign needs a conversion tag by Friday. It goes live quickly, and nobody tests what happens when a visitor says no.
What we do each month
Five jobs, done by a person. We need access to Google Tag Manager, your consent platform and the website CMS. We never need your CRM.
Not set up yet? Start with the Implementation. It includes 30 days of support, and a Care plan takes over after that.
Monthly rescan
We scan the site again and record what loads before a visitor makes a choice.
Review of new cookies and tags
We compare the scan with last month. Anything new is identified and checked against a consent type.
Banner retest
We test the banner as a new visitor for every choice: no choice, Accept, Reject, and Accept then Reject.
Cookie table update
We update the cookie table so your cookie policy matches the cookies really found.
One-page report
You get a one-page report of what we checked, what changed and what we fixed.
What the monthly report contains
One page, written so a marketing lead can read it in two minutes and file it as a record.
- The banner retest result for all four choices
- New cookies and tags found since last month, and what we did with each
- What changed in the cookie table
- Your change requests for the month and their status
- Anything that needs a decision from you or your legal contact
Keep the reports. Month by month, they show that the setup was checked and what was found.
Two plans: Care and Care Plus
Same monthly work. Care Plus covers more domains and adds a tracking health check.
Care
₹4,999 per month
- Monthly rescan
- Review of new cookies and tags
- Banner retest
- Cookie table update
- One-page report
Care Plus
₹9,999 per month
- Everything in Care
- A Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager health check
- Priority response
- Website-side incident guidance
3-month minimum. Billed monthly in advance. GST extra where applicable. The consent platform licence is paid by you directly to the platform.
A change request is any website-side consent change that takes up to about one hour of work.
Website-side incident guidance is technical guidance for the website only. It is not breach reporting.
Who a Care plan is for, and what it is not
A good fit
- Your website already has a consent banner and tag gating in place
- Your marketing team adds tags, tools or campaigns through the year
- Your site runs on plugins, widgets or embeds that update often
- Nobody in your team has time to retest the banner every month
Set up by another team? Start with a Website Audit, so we know what we are looking after.
What it is not
- A first-time setup. That is the Implementation
- Breach reporting to the Data Protection Board
- A Data Protection Officer service or a legal opinion
- A security audit or security monitoring
- Work on mobile apps, CRM, HR or back-office data
DPDPWeb works on websites only: cookie banners, form consent, and privacy and cookie policy pages. We are not a DPO service and not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
Care plan questions
We just finished an Implementation. Do we need a Care plan?
Not straight away. Implementation includes 30 days of support. After that, a Care plan keeps the setup accurate as tags and plugins change.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, 3 months. Care plans are billed monthly in advance.
What access do you need?
Google Tag Manager, your consent platform and the website CMS. We never need your CRM or internal systems.
What is a change request?
Any website-side consent change that takes up to about one hour of work, such as gating a new tag or changing the banner wording. Care includes 2 a month and Care Plus includes 5.
What if we need more than the plan includes?
Tell us what you need. If the scope changes, we quote the change before doing the work.
What does website-side incident guidance cover?
It is part of Care Plus. If something goes wrong on the website, we give technical guidance on the website side. It is not breach reporting, which stays with your company and its legal contact.
Can one plan cover several websites?
Care covers 1 domain. Care Plus covers up to 3 domains.
Does a Care plan keep us DPDP compliant?
No single service can. The Act also covers security, contracts, retention and internal data, which sit with your company and its advisers. A Care plan keeps the website side accurate: banner, tags and cookie table.
Keep the setup working after launch
Tell us your website and which plan you want. We reply within one working day.
